Research Progress on Preparation,Separation,Purification and Identification of Active Peptides from Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,studies have found that active peptides derived from leech,eupolyphaga,centipede and other traditional Chinese medicines have significant anticoagulant,blood lipid regulation,anti-tumor and other pharmacological activities.The structure and chemical properties of active peptides are similar.The key to the study is to select appropriate preparation,separation and identification methods to obtain active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine.However,compared with food,aquaculture and other industries,there are relatively few studies on the separation,purification and identification of active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,this paper reviews the methods of preparation,separation,purification and identification of active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and expounds its principles and characteristics,in order to provide reference for the development and application of active peptides from traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
