摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with selenium yeast tablets on thyroid hormone and hemorheology in elderly patients with hypothyroidism(PWH).Methods Totally 60 elderly patients with PWH admitted to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were were collected,and using the random number table method,30 patients were enrolled in the control group,while 30 patients were enrolled in the observation group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with selenium yeast tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormones[free triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)],hemorheology[whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,hematocrit(HCT)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the patients in the control group,the effective rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the patients in the control group after the treatment,FT3 and FT4 increased,and TSH,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and HCT level were significantly lower in the observation group were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with selenium yeast tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with PWH,improve their thyroid hormone and hemorheology levels,and have ideal drug safety.关键词
