姜黄素对鸭血清生化及消化酶活性指标的影响
Effects of Curcumin on Serum Biochemical and Digestive Enzyme Activity of Laying Ducks

Abstract
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of curcumin on lipid metabolism of laying ducks and to explore the appropriate dosage.A total of 210-day-old Jinling white ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 60 ducks per replicate.Each group was supplemented with 0,100,200 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg curcumin,respectively,and pre-fed for 14 days and tested for 60 days.The results showed as follows:when the test period was 30 days,the triglyceride(TG),plasma total cholesterol(TC)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of test group 3 were significantly decreased compared with that of control group(P＜0.05);when the test period was 60 days,the A-amylase activities,lipase activities and total proteolytic enzyme activities of test 2 and 3 groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Studies have shown that the addition of Chinese herbal additives(curcumin)to feed can play a good role in the body's ester metabolism,plasma biochemical metabolism,digestive enzyme activity,can reduce liver lesions and reduce liver cell fat content,which is conducive to liver health.关键词
