Abstract
Immunohistochemistry technology plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases.In this experiment,paraffin-embedded sections of porcine mesenteric lymph nodes and mouse spleen were used to investigate the expression of CD3 and CD21 proteins using three different secondary antibodies(HRP,Polymer HRP and AIexa FIuorTM 488).The results showed that after immunohistochemical staining with three different labeled secondary antibodies,CD3 and CD21 positive signals could be displayed in lymph nodes and spleen.In the experimental groups using enzymes to label secondary antibodies,the average optical density value of the Polymer HRP group was significantly higher than that of the HRP group.And using AIexa FIuorTM 488 to label the secondary antibody in the experimental can also obtain higher positive signals.This indicates that the use of different labeled secondary antibodies in immunohistochemical detection has a certain impact on the detection results of tissue antigens.关键词
