复方北苍术口服液对仔猪细菌性腹泻病临床治疗效果研究
Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Atractylodes chinensis Oral Liquid on Bacterial Diarrhea in Piglets

Abstract
To study the clinical efficacy of Compound Atractylodes chinensis Oral Liquid in treating bacterial diarrhea in animals,50 piglets diagnosed with bacterial diarrhea in natural diseases were selected and divided into 5 groups on average;The blank control group was orally injected with distilled water at a dose of 1.5 mL/kg body weight once a day;The Western medicine treatment group takes amoxicillin orally at a dose of 20 mg/kg body weight once a day;Three treatment groups were orally administered with Compound Atractylodes chinensis Oral Liquid at doses of 0.5,1,and 1.5 mL/kg,once a day,for a trial period of 7 days.The results showed that the oral liquid of Compound Atractylodes chinensis has good antibacterial effect,and can inhibit bacterial inflammatory reactions by suppressing the expression and secretion of inflammatory factors(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α).Oral doses of 1～1.5 mL/kg can have significant therapeutic effects.关键词
