Abstract
[Objective]To improve the comfort requirements of cruise ships and the limitations of conven-tional vibration isolation devices,this study designs a composite vibration damping frame with both low-frequency vibration absorption and medium-and high-frequency vibration suppression based on the principles of dynamic vibration absorption and damping vibration suppression.[Methods]The composite damping frame adopts an integrated structure design that enables the vibration transmission of the unit to be reduced through the optimal configuration of the vibration absorption structure and damping materials.The dynamic characteristics of the composite vibration damping frame are analyzed and the vibration absorption effect is es-timated and demonstrated via a test.[Results]The results show that the vibration absorption structure can achieve a single-frequency 7 dB vibration absorption effect.[Conclusion]The proposed composite damping frame can take into account the low-,medium-and high-frequency vibration isolation effects of the equipment.关键词
