任意边界条件下输流管道振动特性分析
Vibration characteristic analysis of fluid-filled pipeline with arbitrary boundary conditions

Abstract
[Objective]This study seeks to carry out the vibration and noise prediction of a ship fluid-con-veying pipeline under arbitrary boundary conditions.[Methods]A 14-equation fluid-structure interaction model of a straight pipeline is taken as the basis,the impedance synthesis method is used to establish a dynam-ic model of the spatial pipeline,and the artificial spring method is employed to realize the arbitrary boundary conditions in the impedance matrix.The finite element verification of the natural frequency of the spatial pipeline is carried out to further study the influence of elastic boundary stiffness on the natural frequency.Fi-nally,the experimental verification of the transfer function calculation of the pipeline in the two states of hol-low and fluid-filled is carried out in the laboratory.[Results]It is found that the method in this paper can simulate the arbitrary elastic boundaries of pipeline installation in actual engineering,and the influence of tor-sional stiffness is more sensitive than that of shear stiffness.[Conclusion]The calculation method and re-search results herein can provide valuable references for the acoustic design of pipeline systems.关键词
