Abstract
The supervisory team can make full use of the team's disciplinary knowledge,collaborative thinking,subject resources,etc.to carry out joint cultivation,so as to expand the research horizons of postgraduates,improve their scientific research ability,innovation ability and practical ability,thus cultivating comprehensive and innovative talents.This cultivation mode is based on the tutor team system to build a specialized and diversified joint cultivation mode,to explore and study the cultivation mode of full-time veterinary master's degree graduate students in terms of moral education,tutor team construction,joint cultivation of tutor team,postgraduates'practice and exercise,and academic exchanges and cooperation,etc.,so as to provide more high-calibre,regional,application-oriented,advanced and complex veterinary talents for the development of Xinjiang and the Corps to the south.关键词
