摘要
Abstract
As an important part of the food industry,dairy companies have extensive influence in the Chinese market.Based on the general provisions of Article 86 of the Civil Code,the shift from ought to reality,from sworn sex to the law of conduct.In the process of practicing Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR),the self-development of dairy companies and the cooperation and win-win relationship between them and various stakeholders are crucial.This paper took Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Group Co.,Ltd.,as an example to explain the relevant legal issues of corporate social responsibility in our country.关键词
