社会治理视域下应急物流架构设计与运行机制体系构筑
Design of Emergency Logistics Architecture and Construction of Operating Mechanism System from the Perspective of Social Governance
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of the new era,the development of emergency logistics is a strategic systematic project.From the perspective of emergency logistics,using investigation and research,literature review,case compari-son,theoretical analysis and multidisciplinary cross method,and according to the route of"response → execution → op-eration → stop",the development status and problems of emergency logistics are analyzed,the design principles and ideas of emergency logistics architecture are established,the operation mode of emergency logistics is explored,and the architectural design of emergency logistics is innovated.By focusing on the emergency management under the changing times,the problems on integration of response and execution,intensive execution and orderly stop of emergency logistics are solved from the four levels of response,execution,operation and cessation.This will help to break through the bottle-neck of emergency logistics management,promote the construction of emergency logistics operating mechanism,ensure the orderly restoration of regional economic order in the event of emergencies,and achieve efficient social governance.关键词
