副热带高压控制下一次极端暴雨成因分析及成功预警OA北大核心
The Cause Analysis and Successful Early Warning of an Extreme Rainstorm Controlled by Subtropical High
2022年10月8日,临沧市双江县忙懦乡遭遇历史性极端暴雨,最大小时雨量达到57.2 mm.该文通过高空、区域自动站雨量、ERA5再分析、FY-2G、多普勒天气雷达等资料综合分析,揭示此次暴雨的成因:①此过程的大尺度环流背景是在强盛的副高控制下,由中尺度系统触发产生的强降雨.②强降雨期间大气层结不稳定,存在暖湿底层与干冷高层,低抬升凝结高度和自由对流高度;强降雨发生与水汽输送和水汽辐合大值区相对应,低层辐合中高层辐散且与强垂直上升运动区配合.③两个强降雨时段对应不同的雷达回波特征,初时段无大范围的降雨回波,局地出现中-γ尺度对流回波;次时段降雨回波范围扩大,形成列车效应.④忙懦乡的地形和低层东偏南气流对中尺度对流系统的触发与维持起到关键作用.⑤"1262"服务模式提前发出警报,夜间强降雨得以有效预警,避免了人员伤亡,成为预警联动的成功案例.
On October 8th,2022,a historic extreme rainstorm hit Mangnuo Township in Shuangjiang County,Lin-cang City,with a maximum hourly rainfall of 57.2mm.The cause of this rainstorm is revealed through the comprehensive analysis of high-altitude observations,regional automatic weather station measurements,ERA5 reanalysis data,FY-2G satellite imagery,Doppler weather radar information and other data.①The large-scale circulation background of this pro-cess is the heavy rainfall triggered by the mesoscale system under the control of the strong subtropical high.②During heavy rainfall,the atmosphere is unstable,there are warm and wet bottom layer and dry and cold upper layer,low lifting conden-sation height and free convection height;The occurrence of heavy rainfall corresponds to the high value of water vapor trans-port and water vapor convergence,the low-level convergence and the mid-high-level divergence,and coexists with the strong vertical rising movement.③The two periods of heavy correspond to different radar echo characteristics.In the initial period,there is no large-scale rainfall echo,and there is a medium γ scale convection echo locally;The range of rainfall echo in the next period expands,forming a train effect.④The topography of Mangnuo Township and the east-south flow at low level play a key role in triggering and maintaining the mesoscale convective system.⑤The"1262"service mode has is-sued warnings in advance,which has effectively warned of heavy rainfall at night and avoided casualties,becoming a suc-cessful case of early warning linkage.
