突发事件网络舆情主题演化聚焦特征研究
Research on the Theme Evolution Focus Characteristics of Network Public Opinion on Emergencies

Abstract
Through the life cycle theory,it is beneficial to understand how the government and the media guide the online public opinion of emergencies by studying the characteristics of the emotional changes of online public opinion of emergencies that promote the theme evolution focus in stages.Taking the Henan rainstorm event as an example,the senti-ment dictionary is used to identify the emotional tendency of each stage,and by using the LDA model to analyze the topic of public opinion at each stage,combining the life cycle theory to divide the life cycle of public opinion,the characteristics of the emotional change of the emergency network public opinion are summarized to promote the focus of the topic with the life cycle evolution.The research shows that the government and the media have played a role in guiding public opinion at each stage.During the incubation period and budding period,the emotions of Internet users are transformed from negative to neu-tral emotions,and the theme of public opinion is promoted to focus on emergency security and other aspects.And during the acceleration period and maturity period,the emotions of Internet users changed from negative to positive emotions,and pro-moted the theme of public opinion to focus on emergency rescue and other aspects.In the fading period,the neutral and pos-itive emotions of netizens were spread,and the theme of public opinion was promoted to focus on emergency rescue and re-pair.The research is helpful for the public opinion supervision department to clarify the focus characteristics of the theme evo-lution driven by the changes of Internet users'emotions in the development life cycle of public opinion events;Moreover,the analysis method of sentiment tendency based on sentiment dictionary and the topic analysis method based on LDA model can play a certain guiding role for the public opinion management department to improve the ability of public opinion guidance.关键词
