Summary of the best evidence for the management of skin ulcers associated with connec-tive tissue disease patients

Abstract
Objective To search for evidence on the care or management of skin ulcers in patients with connective tissue disease,and to summarize the best evidence to provide reference for the management of skin ulcers in these patients.Methods We systemically searched relevant domestic and international guideline websites,professional association websites,and PubMed,CINAHL,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang database,etc.For clinical practice guidelines and expert consensus related to the care or manage-ment of skin ulcers in patients with connective tissue diseases,with a timeframe of the database establishment to January 31,2024.Two investigators independently assessed the quality of the literature and extracted re-sults.Results Fourteen papers were ultimately included,including 4 clinical practice guidelines and 10 ex-pert consensus papers.Combined with professional judgment,27 pieces of evidence were summarized,inclu-ding four aspects:assessment,management,treatment,and health education.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for the management of skin ulcers in patients with connective tissue disease and promotes the development of homogeneity in all aspects of their management,so that more patients can effec-tively benefit.关键词
