近10年变态反应科专业护士进修培养模式现状分析及对策研究
Analysis on current status,scheme of training of nurse specialist in department allergy during past 10 years and further research on countermeasure

Abstract
Objective To investigate current tuition status of nurse specialist trainees in department al-lergy and explore strategy of educational reform of nurse trainee teaching.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among nurse trainees of Department of Allergy,Peking Union Medical College Hospital during past ten years by using Wenuanxing mobile app.Questions in the survey mainly included basic information of nurse trai-nees,aims and demands of training,evaluation of tuition and gains after training.Results A total of 53 question-naires were issued and 50 were collected,of which 49 valid questionnaires.Among all nurse trainees,47(95.9%)were very satisfied with practical arrangements,while 44(89.8%)were very satisfied with theory curriculum offer-ing.Requirements based on results of analysis on educational reform included:increasing of conference discussions(15,30.6%),simulation operations(11,22.5%),increasing explanations of scientific research related nursing operations(34,67.4%)and increasing of lectures on allergic diseases(32,65.3%).Conclusion Due to lack of systematic course on operation technique for nurse specialist in department allergy at present,training program is one of the important paths for nurses to gain knowledges of specialty.Analysis on requirement of nurse trainee can provide reference and direction for improving methods of nurse trainee teaching.关键词
