IL-9和Th9细胞在过敏性哮喘中的作用机制及研究现状
Current status of research in the field of IL-9 and Th9 cells in allergic asthma
摘要
Abstract
Allergic asthma is one kind of diseases characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness and chro-nic inflammation which induced by allergens.Various cells and cytokines play important roles in development and progression of allergic asthma,such as Th2 cells,mast cells,basophils,eosinophils,IL-4,IL-5,IL-13,etc.In recent years,it has been found that Th9 cells and IL-9 also play significant roles in allergic disea-ses.IL-9 can promote development of allergic asthma by acting on various cells,including mast cells,lympho-cytes and macrophages.The mechanisms and current status of research in the field of roles of IL-9 and Th9 in allergic asthma were reviewed in this article.关键词
