针刺治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘有效性和安全性的Meta分析
Efficacy and Safety of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma:A Meta-Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:The randomized controlled trials of acupuncture therapy for CVA were collected by searching CNKI,VIP,CBM,WF,Embase,Cochrane Library and PubMed,and the literatures were screened until December 2023.The included publica-tions were evaluated for quality and risk of bias using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool,and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.4 software.Results:This study included a total of 14 articles with 953 patients,including 496 in the control group and 497 in the treatment group.Meta-analysis results showed that the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was supe-rior to the control group[OR=3.61,95%CI=(2.39,5.45),P<0.00001].Cough symptom score was lower in the treatment group com-pared to the control group[MD=-0.94,95%CI=(-1.06,-0.82),P<0.00001].The treatment group also showed better forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow compared to the control group[MD=0.74,95%CI=(0.62,0.85),P<0.00001;MD=0.81,95%CI=(0.76,0.86),P<0.00001;MD=8.45,95%CI=(2.10,14.80),P<0.00001].The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than in the control group[OR=0.30,95%CI=(0.18,0.50),P<0.00001].With fewer adverse reactions in the treatment group(9 cases)compared to the control group(56 cases),indicating higher safety of acupuncture therapy.Conclu-sion:Acupuncture is an effective method for treating CVA,significantly improving the overall effective rate,alleviating cough symp-toms,improving lung function,and with low recurrence rate and high safety.However,these conclusions are based on existing re-search results,and further large-sample,high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to further explore the treatment effects of acupuncture on CVA.关键词
