Abstract
Acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis has a long history,as early as in the Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine has been recorded.Acupuncture is easy to operate,quick,economical and practical,non-toxic side effects,facial paralysis is a common and dominant disease in acupuncture.Modern studies have shown that acupuncture can improve facial blood circulation,enhance nerve conduction,accelerate nerve regeneration and repair,promote facial muscle contraction and relaxation,and promote facial nerve regeneration and recovery by stimulating specific acupoints.Based on 30 years of clinical practice,Professor Lu Bin has formed a unique view on the disease.He emphasizes that the first thing is to have a comprehensive understanding of the disease,and then phased sequential treatment can be implemented.Treatment should be based on acupuncture,combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Pay attention to dynamic observation in the treatment process,beware of sequelae.And integrate chinese and western medicine,grasp the general trend and outcome of the disease as a whole.In addition,a series of precautions are summarized for pa-tients teaching and helping the recovery of the disease.关键词
