基于数据挖掘技术探究耳穴治疗呃逆的选穴规律
Research on Acupoint Selection for Hiccup Treated by Auricular Acupoint Pressing Beans based on Date Mining Technology

Abstract
Objective:Based on data mining technology,the application of auriculotherapy in different hiccups was analyzed,and the law of acupoint selection and matching was explored,which provided reference for clinicians.Methods:The computer searched the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,Web of Science,Embase,and Pubmed databases,and the search time limit was from the establishment of the database to September 26,2023.Describe the frequency and distribution locations of high-frequency auricular points,and analyze the association rules between auricular point prescriptions.Results:A total of 255 pa-pers were included,and 284 auricular prescriptions were obtained,mainly focusing on intractable eruption and post-stroke eruption,involving 40 auricular points,which were mainly located at the auricular nail,auricular chakra,and deltoid fossa.The association rules showed that Wei(CO4),ShenMen(TF4),JiaoGan(AH6a),and Erzhong(HX1)were the core auricular points.Conclusion:Through data mining,the selection law of auricular point intervention hiccups can be found,and clinicians'understanding of auricu-lar acupuncture treatment hiccups can be deepened.关键词
