摘要

Abstract

To analyze the characteristics and patterns of chemical accidents in China from 2021 to 2023 and propose effective control measures,statistical analysis was conducted on the months,stages,types,re-gions,and causes of accidents.The results showed that the main causes of chemical accidents in China from 2021 to 2023 included weak legal awareness and safety risk awareness among some employees in enter-prises,design defects and safety hazards in some en-terprise installations,inadequate implementation of safety management measures in some enterprises,and accident hazards caused by changes in environmental conditions.On this basis,measures and suggestions were proposed to strengthen enterprise safety manage-ment and employee safety education,increase invest-ment in equipment and facility safety,focus on strengthening safety management for special opera-tions,and establish a monitoring and evaluation sys-tem for climate change impacts and risks in relevant departments.The research results can provide refer-ence for government regulatory departments and safety management personnel in the chemical industry.
