摘要
Abstract
Finished oil products have the characteris-tics of flammability and explosiveness,and once a leak occurs,it is highly likely to cause fire and ex-plosion accidents.Therefore,the hidden safety risks in the storage,transportation,and sales of refined oil products cannot be ignored.By utilizing the Pre-Star-tup Safety Review(PSSR)method,a comprehensive and systematic review and evaluation of various stages before the trial production of a certain oil depot was conducted,aiming to build a safe,efficient,and re-liable operation system for the oil depot.Four meas-ures were summarized to provide reference for the smooth trial production of other oil depots.关键词
