为掌握三基发射药连续化捏合工艺中药料的流变特性,提高工艺模型的准确性,按照三基发射药代料配方制备了预混药料,使用双螺杆挤出机对预混药料进行捏合,并通过专用双料筒毛细管流变仪测试捏合后药料的流变特性.分别改变双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速和捏合温度、药料的固含量和溶剂比,分析以上变量对三基发射药流变学参数的影响规律.结果表明:双螺杆捏合后,药料的本构方程与Carreau-Yasuda本构模型拟合程度较高;一定范围内,螺杆转速或捏合温度的提高会使捏合后的药料的剪切黏度降低;同时,螺杆转速的提高会使药料的停留时间减少,而过短的停留时间会导致捏合后的药料的黏度上升;固含量的增加或溶剂比的减小会使捏合后的药料的剪切黏度增大,而黏度增大会使药料的停留时间增长,一定程度上使药料受到更充分的捏合作用.

In order to understand rheological properties of tri-base gun propellants in the continuous kneading process and improve the accuracy of the process model,a kind of pre-mixed propellant was prepared according to the formula of the tri-base gun propellant substitute.The pre-mixed propellant was kneaded using a twin-screw extruder,and rheological properties of the kneaded propellant were tested by the special double-barrel capillary rheometer.Screw speed and kneading temperature of the twin-screw extruder,the solid content and solvent ratio of the propellant were changed to analyze the influence of these variables on rheological parameters of the tri-base gun propellant.The results show that after twin-screw kneading,the constitutive equation of the tested material fits well with Carreau-Yasuada constitutive model.Within a certain range,an increase in screw speed or kneading temperature will reduce the shear viscosity of the kneaded material.At the same time,increasing the screw speed will reduce the residence time of the material,and the excessively short residence time will lead to an increase in the viscosity of the kneaded material.An increase in solid content or a decrease in solvent ratio will increase the shear viscosity of the kneaded material,and an increase in viscosity will lead to an increase in the residence time of the material.To a certain extent,it can enable the material to be more thoroughly kneaded.
