Abstract
In order to solve the current problems of slow gripping speed,large number of institutions,and difficult high-speed synchronization of the adding device for shaped dosage in cigarette filter rods,a high-speed synchronized shaped dosage adding device that converts the horizontal motion of the bearing into the vertical motion of the actuator,and realizes the opening and closing action of the clamping mechanism is designed on the basis of the composite adding system of the cigarette filter rods.Ansys Workbench is used to simulate the transient dynamics of the pick-and-place process of the shaped dosage adding device to obtain the equivalent force-strain distribution and curve diagrams;The speed and acceleration of the clamping mechanism are calculated to analyze the continuity of the device in the opening and closing process;And an experimental platform is built to verify the high-speed stability of the adding device.The results show that the maximum equivalent force of the adding device is 134.3 MPa,which is meets the requirements of material strength;The maximum speed of the clamping mechanism is 42.153 mm/s and 400.74 mm/s in the process of opening and closing,which makes the opening and closing process stable and smooth;The adding device can achieve a pick-and-place speed of 8 pieces/s under the high-speed condition of 1 000 mm/s,which improves the efficiency by 3 times and meets the requirements of the shaped dosage in the actual production.The efficiency is increased by 3 times,which meets the demand of high-speed addition of shaped dosage in actual production.The study provides a basis for the design and optimization of the adding device for shaped dosage.关键词
