腌制圆萝卜缺陷识别调姿系统设计与优化
Design and optimization of a defect identification and posturing system for pickled round radish

Abstract
For the lack of existing equipment for removing defects in random positions of spherical fruits and vegetables,a defect detection device was designed with pickled round radish as the object to realize the identification of all the defects around the pickled round radish and facilitate the subsequent defect removal operations.In order to increase the detection efficiency,the optimization model of the posturing roller was constructed,the diameter of the roller was determined to be 100 mm,and the optimal posturing angle for a single time was 60°;With the roller material,roller width,roller knurling and roller rotational speed as the main influencing factors,and the number of pulses as the evaluation index,the orthogonal test was carried out,and the analysis of variance and range was carried out.The results show that the order of significance for the number of pulses is roller material,roller width,roller speed and roller knurling;And the optimal parameter combination is that the roller material is aluminum alloy,roller width is 25 mm,roller knurling is mesh and roller speed is 500 r/min.The experimental validation was carried out under the optimal parameter combination,and the results show that,compared with the case of unoptimized roller parameters,the number of pulses of three kinds of pickled round radish,namely,large,medium and small,is reduced by 62%,35%and 45%respectively.The study provides a solution for fully automated and efficient operation of defect detection and posturing of spherical fruits and vegetables.关键词
