Fabric Formation Materials Based on Fused Deposition Modeling Technology and Their Post-processing
摘要
Abstract
Fused deposition modeling technology is highly favored in the textile field due to its material di-versity,ability to manufacture complex structures,cost-effectiveness and potential for personalized customiza-tion.To realize the manufacturing of different fabrics,various reinforcement materials can be added to the poly-mer base material in addition to conventional thermoplastic polymer materials.These reinforcement materials in-clude short fiber composites,continuous fiber composites,natural fiber composites,and nanocomposites,aiming to enhance fabric performance.Different types of materials require different printing process parameters,and the post-processing methods involved vary accordingly.Therefore,considering the material characteristics and com-ponent requirements,selecting appropriate printing process parameters and post-processing methods is crucial to ensure the final component quality.关键词
