Abstract
In order to improve the opening speed of the trigger module and the synchronization of multiple signals,and thus solve the problem of gate level thermal breakdown of thyristors caused by slow opening speed of thyristors and inconsistent opening of thyristors in series,this paper proposes a feasible scheme of strong trigger module circuit through magnetic circuit calculation of the trigger module and simulation analysis of the high-frequency inverter circuit.Prototype experiments are conducted to test the opening speed of the trigger module and verify its consistency in multiple opening.A strong triggermodule that can quickly trigger thyristors and effectively solve the problem of gate level thermal breakdown is obtained.关键词
