A systematic and practical approach to improving the institutional system of people's democracy in the whole process

摘要
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the CPC clearly set out the important elements of a sound system of people's democracy throughout the entire process.As a great creation of the Communist Party of China(CPC),which has led the people in a long struggle,people's democracy in the whole process is an essential attribute of socialist democratic politics.Based on this,this paper will focus on the following four key tasks to improve the system of people's democracy in the whole process:the first task is to strengthen the system of people's sovereignty so as to enhance the fundamentality of people's democracy in the whole process;the second task is to improve the mechanism of consultative democracy so as to enhance the consultative nature of people's democracy in the whole process;the third task is to improve the system of grassroots democracy so as to broaden the grassroots nature of people's democracy in the whole process;and the fourth task is to improve the pattern of the United Front Work so as to promote the solidarity nature of people's democracy in the whole process.Altogether,these practical approaches constitute a systematic framework for a sound system of people's democracy throughout the entire process,with the aim of ensuring that this form of democracy is closer to the hearts of the people,which reflects public opinion and plays an effective role.关键词
