Abstract

In the context of an aging workforce and the demands of"new industrialization",the transition towards mechanization,informatization,intelligence,and labor-reduction has become an inevitable trend in the construction of high-speed railway precast box girders.However,the process of concrete vibration is complex,and the existing research findings lack coherence and focus.Currently,no scholars have systematically summarized the methods of intelligent concrete vibration for high-speed railway precast box girders.Therefore,it is essential to conduct a detailed investigation of the construction process for railway box girders,analyzing the difficulties and challenges involved.By systematically organizing research findings related to vibration parameters and intelligent vibration methods,this study summarized feasible and practical research directions and development prospects for intelligent vibration.The survey results show that concrete vibration construction still heavily relies on workers'experiences,facing challenges such as difficulties in implementing standards,quality control,efficiency assurance,and significant manpower burdens.Although scholars have achieved technological breakthroughs in various fields,including concrete material properties,vibration parameter research,mechanized construction equipment development,and vibration state perception,the technological pathways remain neither systematic nor clear.To facilitate the implementation of intelligent vibration,the following technological routes were proposed:first,research should begin with the properties of concrete materials,establishing construction standards for vibration parameters based on the rheological parameters of the materials.Second,a multidisciplinary research team should be assembled to integrate walking systems,control systems,and perception systems into a comprehensive set of equipment capable of performing concrete construction.Finally,research should be conducted on a vibration state perception methods based on intelligent sensor signal feedback to manage the construction state.
