海岛县旅游效率及影响因子分析
Analysis of Tourism Efficiency and Influencing Factors in Island Counties:A Case Study of Changhai County

Abstract
Taking Changhai County as the study area,tourism efficiency in Changhai County from 2010 to 2019 is analyzed and evaluated using the DEA model.Additionally,the factors influ-encing the comprehensive tourism efficiency of Changhai County are analyzed by using the Tobit regression model.Suggestions are proposed for achieving sustainable development of the tourism in-dustry in Changhai County.The study shows that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,Changhai County's tourism efficiency remained high,generally showing an upward trend with fluctuations.This effi-ciency is mainly influenced by the scale efficiency of tourism.Expanding the scale of tourism ele-ment inputs can optimize tourism scale efficiency,thereby enhancing overall tourism efficiency.(2)Influenced by technical progress,the Malmquist index of comprehensive tourism efficiency in Changhai County exhibits an overall upward trend with fluctuations.(3)The level of economic development,industrial development,and transportation convenience in Changhai County have the strongest impact on tourism efficiency,and other influencing factors demonstrate weaker explanatory power.Tourism efficiency in Changhai County can be effectively improved by enhancing urbaniza-tion,improving port infrastructure,integrating tourism resources,strengthening government-enter-prise cooperation,increasing tourism investment,optimizing the ecological environment of the islands,and ensuring fresh water supply.关键词
