Abstract
To further optimize the detection of SiC content in silicon carbide,a mixed acid was used to pretreat the exogenous silicon,and then the silicon dioxide content was directly measured by weight method to convert it into SiC content.The method studied the influencing factors such as sample pretreatment method,dosage of perchloric acid,dehydration frequency,and filtrate recovery.According to the experimental method,the SiC content in silicon carbide samples was determined.The relative deviation of the test results was between-0.26%and 0.13%,and the relative standard deviation was between 0.09%and 0.39%.The test results were reliable,accurate,and had good repeatability and reproducibility.关键词
