Abstract
The liquid steel level controller is the key quality control point to prevent spillage and breakout,and is an important technical means to ensure billet continuous casting production.This paper studies and analyzes the control principle,production situation and practical application of liquid steel level controller,identifies the metrological characteristics which have important influence on production,and puts forward a scientific calibration method so as to ensure accurate control.The calibrator and the automatic calibration software studied in this calibration method can improve the calibration accuracy and greatly reduce the labor intensity.The application of the calibration method can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the liquid steel level control instrument,promote the instrument manufacturers to improve the product quality,improve the instrument detection accuracy and thus greatly improve the level fluctuation control accuracy,It is of great significance to obtain good billet quality,improve continuous casting production efficiency and operation rate,and produce clean steel in iron and steel industry.关键词
