经锁骨下入路与胸前入路腔镜手术治疗甲状腺癌的疗效比较
Comparative effectiveness research of endoscopic surgery via subclavian approach and anterior thoracic approach in the treatment of thyroid cancer

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery via subclavian approach and anterior thoracic approach in the treatment of thyroid cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent subclavian and anterior thoracic endoscopic thyroidectomy from Jan.2021 to Sep.2023 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 40 cases in each group,including20 malesand60 females,aged(31.86±6.98)years.Results:All operations were successfully completed under laparoscopy without conversion to open surgery.Compared with the anterior thoracic group,the operation time of subclavian group was shorter[(114.43±18.58)min vs.(165.88±26.70)min,t=-5.042,P<0.001],the complete exposure rate of central area was higher(97.50%vs.85.00%,χ2=9.347,P=0.033).The total length of incision was shorter in anterior thoracic group than that in subclavian group[(2.32±0.11)cm vs.(4.41±0.09)cm,t=132.952,P<0.001].There was no significant difference in patients'satisfaction scores between the two groups[(8.90±0.38)vs.(9.40±0.50),t=1.561,P=0.087].Conclusions:Subclavian endoscopic thyroidectomy has higher central area exposure rate and shorter operation time.It is suitable for some thyroid cancer patients with cosmetic needs and has good clinical application value.关键词
