经胸乳入路腔镜甲状腺癌术后不放置引流管的可行性研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the feasibility of endoscopic surgery without placement of drainage tube for unilateral papilla-ry thyroid microcarcinoma in the chest breast approach.Methods:A total of 90 patients with unilateral papillary thyroid microcarcinoma treated from Jan.2020 to Dec.2023 were continuously collected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to whether drainage tube was placed after surgery,45 cases were in the observation group without drainage tube,and 45 cases were in the control group with drainage tube placed.All patients underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy in the chest breast approach.The pain,clinical indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Pain score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index of control group were higher than those of observation group at 1,3 and 7 d after surgery,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Non-drainage tube after endoscopic surgery in thoracic and breast approach in the treatment of unilateral papillary thyroid microcarcinoma could decrease postoperative pain and fear of surgery,and improve sleep quality.It can be further popularized and applied.关键词
