腹腔镜脾部分切除术与脾全切除术的疗效对比研究
Comparative effectiveness research of laparoscopic partial splenectomy and total splenectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic partial splenectomy in treatment of benign splenic lesions.Methods:The clinical data of patients with benign lesions of spleen who underwent laparoscopic partial splenectomy(n=31)and total splenectomy(n=35)from Aug.2015 to Aug.2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the gender,age,lesion size,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion,exhaust time,hospital stay,occurrence of thrombocytosis and reoperation caused by bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in gender,age,lesion size,BMI,blood transfusion,exhaust time,and hospital stay(P>0.05).The operative time of partial splenectomy group was lon-ger than that of total splenectomy group,and the blood loss in partial splenectomy group was more than that in total splenectomy group,the incidence of thrombocythemia in the partial splenectomy group was significantly less than that in total splenectomy group(P<0.05).There was no postoperative bleeding and reoperation in both groups.Conclusions:For some benign lesions of the spleen,laparo-scopic partial splenectomy is a safe and effective surgical method.Compared with total splenectomy,it can preserve splenic function to the greatest possible.关键词
