保留器官功能的胰腺切除术文献计量学分析
A bibliometric and visualized analysis of organ-preserving pancreatic resection

Abstract
Objective Organ-preserving pancreatic resection has drawn more and more attention in the recent decades.This bibliometric analysis was aimed to analyze the relevant articles,to investigate the development trend and research distribution of this discipline.Methods Based on Web of Science database,the relevant terms of"organ-preserving pancreatic resection"were used to retrieve articles for bibliometric analysis.The relevant articles were retrieved and further analyzed by their titles,publication journals,countries and institutions of origin,authors,and key words.Results The 200 most cited articles published between 2000 and 2023 were identified.The total citation number is 18 061 and the average citation number is 90.31 per article.Among the 1 106 scholars contributed to the research,Buchler MW,from Heidelberg University in Germany,published the most articles(n=18),with the total citations of 1716.The articles came from 25 countries,with the USA accounting for the plurality(n=48).Furthermore,Heidelberg University published the largest number of articles in organ-preserving pancreatic resection(n=19).Among articles retrieved,the most common key words were"surgery","pancreaticoduodenectomy"and"resection".Newly burst key words included fistula,conservation and international study group.The clustered timeline view analysis showed that the academic trajectory of function-preserving pancreatic resection has evolved from comparative studies with traditional standard pancreatic surgical procedures,gradually progressing to research on short-term and long-term clinical outcomes,and subsequently to the study of laparoscopic surgery.Conclusion This study analyzed the bibliometric characteristics of function-preserving pancreatic resection over the past 20 years,which can partially reflect the development process of this field.In the future,conducting more international multicenter randomized controlled clinical studies and basic research will be beneficial to the further development of this field.关键词
