发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点.石墨烯从发现至今仅有20年的历史,被誉为"新材料之王".石墨烯以其独特的物理、化学性质和显著的远红外辐射特性,逐步应用于卫生健康领域,成为推动该领域高质量发展的新质生产力.我国拥有自主研发的纯石墨烯发热膜技术,在卫生健康领域实现了"0"到"1"的跨越式应用,石墨烯相关专利、论文和产品处于全球领先水平.广西壮族自治区作为中国与东盟国家交流合作的前沿和重要窗口,在卫生健康合作方面具有独特的区位优势.本文旨在新质生产力框架下,继续推动石墨烯技术在卫生健康领域实现突破性进展,加强中国—东盟及其他国际同行在石墨烯基础研究、应用研发、产业化进程等方面的交流与合作,为服务及共筑中国—东盟命运共同体大健康产业提供新的发展路径和模式.

The development of New Productive Force is the internal requirement and important focus of promoting high-quality development.Graphene has only been discovered for 20 years and is known as the"king of new materials".With its unique physical and chemical properties and significant far-infrared radiation characteristics,graphene is gradually applied to the field of healthcare,and has become a New Productive Force to promote the high-quality development of this field.China has independently developed pure graphene heating film technique,which has achieved leapfrog application from"0"to"1"in the field of healthcare,and graphene-related patents,papers and products are at the world's leading level.As a frontier and important window for exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has unique geographical advantages in healthcare cooperation.Through the framework of New Productive Force,this paper aims to continue to promote the breakthrough of graphene technology in the field of healthcare,strengthen the communication and cooperation between China-ASEAN and other international counterparts in basic research,applied research and development,and industrialization process of graphene,etc.,so as to provide a novel development path and model for serving and jointly building the China-ASEAN Community with a Shared Future big health industry.
