基于全息理论下耳部虎符铜砭刮痧治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床效果
Clinical effect of aural Hufu Tongbian Guasha for the treatment of hypertension in hyperactivity of liver yang type based on holographic theory

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of aural Hufu Tongbian Guasha for the treatment of hypertension in hyperactivity of liver yang type based on holographic theory.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertension in hyperactivity of liver yang type were randomly assigned to control group or observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment for hypertension,based on which the observation group underwent aural Hufu Tongbian Guasha therapy based on holographic theory.Both groups received 2 courses of treatment.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure before treatment,after 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before treatment,and after 2 courses of treatment,as well as the clinical efficacy and incidence rate of adverse reactions after 2 courses of treatment were compared between patients of the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups,and there was a tendency of change in systolic and diastolic blood pressure over the treatment time,and a interactive effect between grouping and time,therein the observation group exhibited lower systolic blood pressure after 1 course of treatment,and lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure after 2 courses of treatment as compared with the control group(P＜0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the observation group yielded lower Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms score and HAMA score as compared with the control group,and higher total effective rates of anti-hypertension and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms amelioration as compared with the control group(P＜0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment for hypertension,implementing aural Hufu Tongbian Guasha for the treatment of patients with hypertension in hyperactivity of liver yang type can effectively ameliorate blood pressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of patients,relieve patients'anxiety emotion,exerting a good safety.关键词
