摘要
Abstract
A disintegrin and metalloprotease 10(ADAM10)is a transmembrane protease with proteolytic activity,which is related to a variety of diseases and physiological processes.ADAM10 in AD by reducing the production of Aβ,affecting synapses,and maintaining normal neurons,can reduce the pathological damage of Alzheimer's disease(AD).In addition,ADAM10 also plays an important role in other brain diseases,inflammatory reactions,cancers,and various physiological processes.The regulatory control for ADAM10 may help develop new therapeutic intervention drugs and measures.Based on this,the article reviews the relationship between ADAM10 and diseases.关键词
