摘要

Abstract

Intestinal tract samples of artificially farmed 3-month-old,6-month-old,12-month-old and 18-month-old Amphiprion frenatus were collected in this research.Then,their intestinal DNA was extracted,the V3-V4 region of 16S rDNA was amplified by PCR for high-throughput sequencing,and the differences in the composition of intestinal microbial community structure were analyzed.The results showed that the number of OTU,Chao1 index,Shannon index and Simpson index in the gut of 3-month-old and 18-month-old Amphiprion frenatus were higher than those at other stages,showing richer species diversity.At the phylum level,the main dominant microbial groups in the intestinal tract were Proteobacteria,Firmicutes and Fusobacteria.At the genus level,the main dominant bacteria genera included Photobacterium,Pseudomonas and Achromobacter.This study can provide a theoretical support for the selection of feed for ornamental fish breeding and the development of microbial probiotic reagents.
