Abstract
L-alanine,one of the natural amino acids,is widely used in food,pharmaceutical and personal care applications.Currently,the production of L-alanine relies on economical,green and sustainable microbial fermentation using renewable carbon sources.In order to increase the fermentation titer of L-alanine,various metabolic engineering strategies have been employed to provide effective ways to reduce the production cost of L-alanine.This paper mainly reviews the metabolic engineering modification strategies and fermentation key technologies of high-titer L-alanine strains,with a view to providing references for the construction of subsequent high-titer L-alanine microbial cell factories.关键词
