摘要

Abstract

Genetics is an important foundational course in the field of life sciences.Genetics experiments,as a practical activity to test theoretical knowledge,are experimental courses that cultivate students'exploration ability and curiosity towards the major.Introducing mature research methods into practical teaching is an important way to improve undergraduate practice.Based on the research on the correlation between gene SNP polymorphism and diseases,the detection and analysis methods of genetic gene polymorphism will be introduced into genetics practical teaching through project organization.During the experiment,students can master the basic theories and methods of genetics such as DNA extraction,primer design,PCR amplification,gene sequencing,and meta-analysis by detecting and analyzing the relationship between gene locus polymorphism and diseases,in order to study the impact of gene locus polymorphism on disease susceptibility,whith is benefitial for cultivating students'ability to explore,analyze,and solve problems,and increase their ability to apply biological theories.
