Comparative Analysis and Optimization of Detection Methods for Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Abstract
In this study,the water samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exceeding the standard were tested according to GB 8538-2016.Microorganisms have different morphological characteristics on different media.The superstandard samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in different water samples were tested on nutrient agar,CN agar,acetamide medium and RAPID's P.eruginosa Agar.Combined with LAMP molecular method and VITEK 2 Compact automatic bacterial identification results,different detection techniques and methods were compared and analyzed.The results showed that LAMP molecular method could greatly reduce the detection time on the basis of accurately detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa,optimize the detection method of pathogenic bacteria in microbiology laboratory,and improve the detection efficiency of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.关键词
