Exploration on the Teaching Reform of the Course of"Food Microbiological Analysis"under the Background of New Agricultural Science

Abstract
In the context of new agricultural science construction,in order to cultivate a group of high-level and innovative entrepreneurial talents who can connect with the innovative development of modern agriculture,this article takes the course of"Food Microbiological Analysis"as an example,analyzes its teaching methods and the existing problems,and actively explore corresponding curriculum reform measures,which specifically include the protection of the completeness and cutting-edge nature of course teaching content,the optimization of the teaching methods,and the establishment of diversified methods for course assessment and evaluation.The purpose of the teaching reform is to initiate the students'interest in active learning,and enhance their comprehensive practical ability and innovative consciousness,so as to provide some reference for improving the teaching quality of other related courses.关键词
