一种V波段SIW插槽嵌套喇叭天线的设计
Design of A V-Band SIW Slot Nested Horn Antenna
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large size,insufficient bandwidth and low gain of traditional millimeter wave radar,a V-band substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)slot nested horn antenna is designed.The antenna is realized by equivalent the traditional SIW structure into a horn shape,and the electromagnetic radiation of the antenna is controlled and optimized by the design of metal layer slots and horn nesting.The center fre-quency,bandwidth,gain,maximum reflection coefficient and size of the antenna are designed by using HFSS software.The results show that the center frequency of the designed antenna is 60 GHz,the impedance bandwidth is 14.5 GHz,the maximum reflection coefficient is-37.03 dB,the gain of the antenna is 9.78 dBi,and the antenna size is small,35 mm×10.2 mm×1.88 mm.关键词
