Current situation and suggestions of onshore oily sludge environmental management
摘要
Abstract
Onshore oily sludge is characterized by high production volume,strong hazardous property,and high treatment difficulty.Proper comprehensive utilization and non-hazardous disposal of oily sludge resources would play an important role in the green and sustainable development of onshore oil and gas exploitation,and ensuring energy security in China.A comprehensive review and analysis were conducted on the production and treatment of onshore oily sludge,on the current management situation of oily sludge policies,regulations and standards.In response to the problems relating to the properties of residual solid after treatment and the construction of relevant pollution controlling standards,targeted suggestions including optimizing treatment techniques,improving relevant standards and constructing risk assessment system of residual solid were then proposed.关键词
