聚氯化铝钛混凝剂的制备及其除磷性能
Preparation of polyaluminum titanium chloride coagulant and its phosphorus removal performance

Abstract
Coagulation is an important technology for phosphorus removal in water/wastewater treatment,and developing efficient and safe coagulants for phosphorus removal has becoming a hot research topic at present.In this study,polyaluminum-titanium chloride(PATC)composite coagulant was developed with aluminum hydroxide(Al(OH)3),hydrochloric acid and titanium tetrachloride(TiCl4)as raw materials through one-step acid dissolution and polymerization at room temperature.Turbidity,organic matter and phosphorus simulated water samples were used to further explore the effect of coagulant dosage and solution pH on decontamination efficiency.The results showed that when the molar ratio of Al/Ti was 10∶1,PATC performed better.The optimal dosage of PATC for removing turbidity,organic matter and phosphate was 0.2~0.3 mmol·L-1,and the residual phosphorus concentration could be reduced to 0.2 mg·L-1,which could meet the Class Ⅲ water standard in China's'Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard'.And the lowest residual metal concentration of the effluent occurred under this condition,which was friendly to the environment.The introduction of titanium salt could improve the floc properties,reduce the residual aluminum concentration and enhance the phosphate removal efficiency.The preparation process of PATC coagulant was simple in operation,low in cost,and closer to the actual production,it provides a powerful reference for the development and application of new phosphorus removal coagulant.关键词
