我国医学生健康素养水平研究进展与对策
Research Progress and Countermeasures of Medical Students' Health Literacy Level in China

Abstract
Objective To make a meta-analysis on the health literacy level of medical students in China from 2015 to 2022,and understand the health literacy level of medical students,to provide suggestions for improving the health literacy level of medical students.Methods The related literatures in PubMed of Wanfang,China HowNet and Victoria PubMed were systematically searched,and the retrieval time was from January 2015 to November 2022.R-4.2.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 21 articles were included,covering 9 982 medical students'health literacy data.The overall health literacy level of the medical students'was 32.7%;the literacy rates of health knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and basic skills were 48.1%,30.0%and 50.3%respectively;the literacy rates of scientific health concept,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,safety and first aid,basic medical care and health information were 77.5%,51.5%,46.3%,78.8%,64.7%and 51.9%,respectively.Conclusion The overall health literacy level of medical students was higher than that of Chinese college students and urban residents,but the development in all aspects was uneven.Practical and effective measures should be taken to improve the health literacy of medical students.关键词
