Investigation on Health Supervisors' Cognition of Traditional Chinese Medicine Supervision in the New Situation

Abstract
Objective To understand the understanding of health supervisors on the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)supervision under the new situation,propose measures and suggestions to adapt to the requirements of TCM supervision and law enforcement under the new situation,and improve regulatory efficiency.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on supervisors engaged in frontline supervision and law enforcement tasks in a district of Shanghai.Results the promotion of the supervisors who had insufficient ability in TCM supervision was 90.32%;the top three weak areas in the self enforcement of TCM supervision were TCM and decoction management,medical technology,and drug equipment;the top three main problems in TCM practice were non-standard medical technology,non-standard infection prevention and control,and non-standard medical documents;the top three deficiencies in the management of the registration system for TCM clinics are the lack of linkage between negative practice scores and verification—a lack of strong deterrence,a lack of integrity in practice—a lack of exit mechanisms,unclear registration matters—and difficulties in subsequent supervision.The proportion of the respondents who believed that it is necessary to exert self—discipline management in the TCM industry was 82.80%,and to strengthen industry self-discipline training,feedback and exchange of information data and supervision,and joint inspection and guidance in sequence.In the TCM supervision scenario warning module,the sequence includeed subject setting,use of TCM medical technology,qualifications of medical personnel,document writing,use of TCM,use of TCM medical equipment,diagnosis and treatment expenses,and medical waste disposal.Conclusion The TCM supervision ability of health supervisors is weak,and practical training should be strengthened;There are weak links in the legal practice of TCM,and it is necessary to clarify the key points of supervision for the legal practice of TCM and strengthen regulatory measures;We should guide industry self-discipline management and supervision linkage,strengthen information technology law enforcement,and improve the efficiency of TCM supervision.关键词
