Abstract
The interdisciplinary project-based learning in early childhood health education based on the concept of STEM education is an innovative and practical educational approach that contributes to cultivating children's health literacy and overall quality,laying a solid foundation for their future development.This study aims to enhance young children's understanding and knowledge of healthy diets through interdisciplinary education methods,fostering their scientific inquiry and practical abilities,thereby promoting their physical and mental health and comprehensive development.关键词
