Abstract

In today's society,the rise of new quality productive forces is having a profound impact on the goals and methods of education.New quali-ty productive forces need to be driven by innovation and science and technology,promoting the transformation of education from simple knowledge teaching to cultivating innovative ability and critical thinking.Colleges and universities,as the intersection of education,science and technology and talents,play an important role in the development of new quality productive forces.As an important way to supplement the update of the knowledge and skills of the pro-fessional and technical personnel,continuing education in colleges and universities plays an indispensable role in boosting the development of new quality productive forces.In order to promote the high-quality development of the continuing education in colleges and universities and new quality productive forces,this paper discusses the internal relationship of mutual driving between them,and puts forward the action paths from aspects of"novelty,quality and forces":innovating the mode of continuing education in colleges and universities,leading the development of new quality productive forces,improving quality of continuing education,supporting the upgrading of new quality productive forces,strengthening the industry-education-research cooperation in continuing education in colleges and universities,and promoting the growth of new quality productive forces.
