Abstract
Industrial college is a new organizational carrier for the training of applied talents,an important starting point for deepening the integration of enterprises with schools and universities,and a key path for empowering new quality productivity.The high-quality development of industrial colleges cannot be separated from the guarantee of industrial college policy.After combing the relevant policy documents and reviewing its development history,it can be found that the evolution of China's industrial college policy shows the state of"progressive debugging".Based on the theory of progressive decision-making,the policy of China's industrial colleges shows evolutionary characteristics in four aspects:the basis of change,the goal of change,the subject of change and the effect of change.Using this theory to elaborate the change history and evolution characteristics of China's industrial college policy has theoretical value for promoting the rational development of China's industrial college construction.关键词
